Information & Agreement

1. Dress code: School uniform as per day, short hair style for boys and tied bunned hair with black net for girls, trimmed nails are to be followed; repeated breach of the same will bring disciplinary action.
2. Absent from the school more than 5 days without information (phone call is not entertained in this matter) will lead to removal of student from the school and may need readmission if permitted by the School Management.
3. Any damage to the school property caused by the students has to be made good by the guardian of those students.
4. For the unprecedented mishaps which cause physical injury or unforseen sickness, school may take the child to the nearest health centre or hospital and information will be given to guardian, and all the expenses are to be met by the guardian.
5. No politically related issues are to be discussed or activities to be conducted with or in the school.
6. No student is allowed to bring any electronic gadgets to the school and if found the gadgets will be confiscated, which may not be returned.
7.   No Student is allowed to use Two-Wheeler or Four- Wheeler without License and come to school.
8. School is plastic, chewing gum, smoking, drug and alcohol free zone. If anyone found carrying or using such stuff in the school premises will bring penal action prescribed by the school.

RULES OF THE SCHOOL


  • All the students are required to attend lessons on moral principles and good conduct.
  • Discipline: Special attention is given to ensure high standard of morality and discipline in the School. Guardians are requested to collaborate in this with the Authorities of the School by insisting on the regular attendance and punctuality of their wards.
  • Periodical progress reports will keep parents informed of the progress of their wards. These reports are to be signed and received by the parents or guardians on the specified days. 
  • Those who fail to procure it on the scheduled day will have to give prior information through an Application and collect it from the respective Class Teachers only during lunch break.
  • Irregular attendance, habitual idleness, disobedience, bad conduct or sicknesses liable to be injurious to other boys/girls justify dismissal. 
  • Parents should ensure that their child is healthy to come to school.
  • The Principal and the Vice Principal can be interviewed between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m. with prior appointment.
          Office hours: Office transactions will be from 08:30 am to 03:00 pm.
      School begins with the morning assembly and students and teachers must be on time for it and be present with their School Diary in the Assembly Hall. All should reach the school at least 10 minutes before the assembly. Students go to class in silence from the assembly, according to their classes.
    9. Vacation: The vacations are: Dashain and Tihar festivals. These holidays may not be extended or anticipated. Unauthorized absence on the last days before vacation and delays in returning to school will mean “re-admission” to the school; as discerned by the concerned authority.
    10. Students have to address their teachers and all members of the staff, teaching, office and support staff, with due respect and politeness. On their way to and from the school they are expected to behave in a proper manner with due honour to the name of the school.
    11. Boys/girls who have been absent from class must have the reason for their absence briefly noted in their “Regularity Record”. Reasons of a private nature may be intimated by a letter. Birthday, excursions, urgent business etc., are not sufficient reasons. Absence from school in order to study is not allowed. No leave of absence is given without a prior application in writing from the guardian.
    12. Boys/girls must be punctual for class. To be admitted to the class room, those who have been absent and late-comers must show their teacher their “Regularity Record” duly countersigned by the Vice Principal.
    13. No boy/girl is allowed to leave the School premises without a written request from his guardian and due authorization by the Principal/Vice Principal. The student will inform the guardian through a phone call from the reception before leaving the school.
